Sound Healing

Life doesn't get much better than this my friends.

If you've never had the pleasure of participating in a sound journey, you're missing out.

I mean c'mon, look at us!! Lovely, right?

Fun Fact: The human body is made up of trillions of cells.

Each of those cells are made up of molecules and each of those molecules are made up of atoms and each of those atoms are made up of sub-atomic particles. Sub-atomic particles are energy and energy is in a constant state of motion. 

Simply put: We are energy!! Sound healing works on the vibration of our energy by slowing down the brain waves, which has a healing affect in the body.

It's very calming and relaxing and you're almost always guaranteed a good night's sleep.

My daughter was exposed to many different healing modalities while I was pregnant so she has a very deep spiritual understanding even though she's not fully conscious of it. I love sharing these sacred moments with her.

And I love sharing sacred moments with you on the mat. Two offerings this week. Live Stream Sunday and Plum Tree Monday at the Artists Loft.

Artists Loft: Monday, March 29th from 9:30am-10:30am. You can sign up at Plum Tree Yoga.

Zoom Live Stream: Sunday March 28th, 10am-11:15am EDT. The session will open at 9:45am so please arrive early to get settled so you are ready to begin at 10am.
