Happy Memorial Day!!

No Live Stream Sunday this week.

Will be with my little girl celebrating love because amongst the hurt and pain and loss that comes with being alive, there's an undercurrent of love that continues to pervade our lives and when we stay in touch with loving presence, our actions, words and behaviors are guided by a truth so deep and palpable, you can't help but live a life of integrity.

Those who lost their lives fighting for our country will always be loved and seen as heroes in my book.
