I feel very strongly about personal connection and to me, that means getting in front of someone or having a good old fashion phone call. Digital communication has its place, but it doesn’t replace the feeling you get when you’re face-to-face with someone or fully present and engaged in a real meaningful conversation.
I love this sort of personal connection and those of you who get calls from me know it’s what I do.
I call because I care … like the genuine heart-filled kind of care. AND if you don’t feel like engaging, that's fine, too. I respect people's privacy and understand that some days we might feel blah and not engaging with anyone.
I get it (100%) ... just know that if I reach out, I'm thinking about you and sending love.
All moods aside, I do feel that we need to check in and touch base more often. I've seen such a rise in anxiety and depression and it's heartbreaking.
Now, more than ever, we need to get out there and connect and vibe with our people like we did in the 80’s before all the mobile phones and apps and digital technology.
Living more meaningful and authentic lives allows us to elevate and emit strong positive vibes. And then we go out and sprinkle that love & positivity everywhere.
